Hi,

The ground is the base of the jack plug, so generally, it's on the black wire.

The middle is the Right and the end is the Left.

If your alarm clock is mono, connect the middle and the end to the red.

P.S.: If your wires are not red and black, the left side of the speaker towards you when viewed from the back is the negative (ground).

Thank you very much, I want to clarify that the speaker wires are black and red. So you told me that I need to connect the right and left to the red wire of the speaker and the ground to the black one?
