Hello,
Well I have a big problem! My Toshiba was working very well and for a few months now it’s super slow!! I don’t understand, it’s not that old and I don’t mistreat it :p
I looked on forums; people who had this problem all recommend disk cleanup, etc., which I did. But the problem remains. I freed up space. If you could help me do something please....I’m not an expert in computers, so apart from disk cleanup, antivirus scan I’m limited. Likewise my antivirus, when I do a quick scan it completed, but the full scan stays stuck at 4% for 5 hours so I turned it off;...;my antivirus by the way is Bitdefender.
Thanks in advance for your help! :-D
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 70.0.3538.110

Good evening,
To see what’s running on your PC:
Download FRST. Once downloaded, place it on the desktop and open it; you’ll get this:
Click on Analyze. At the end of the scan you will have two text files on the desktop FRST and Addition. Upload these reports to https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ and provide the two links generated by Pjoint in your next message.
