General BOOT problem on Toshiba Satellite

Hello everyone.
I'm writing this post because I have a problem that doesn't fit any of the situations I could find online and on other help sites (I prefer CCM, so I'm posting here).
I currently have a Toshiba Satellite L870D-10C laptop and I'm facing an issue I've never encountered before: I cannot boot from a CD, USB drive, or even HDD. When I select my boot preference in the BIOS settings, validate it, and it restarts, it tells me that the method used has failed and restarts on its own infinitely.
I also want to clarify that secure boot is disabled, so I'm very afraid that the PC might be dead.
Thank you in advance for all your responses and advice.

    Hello,

it tells me that the method used has failed and it restarts by itself infinitely.
it would be preferable to have a copy/photo of the screen

Defining the Boot preference is all well and good... but the CDs or USBs must also conform to a certain type of structure to be able to boot on this type of PC... and that, we don’t know what you have put on it and how you did it..??
