bonjour à tous
j ai un probleme avec mon imprimante hp photosmart 7760 car je n arrive plus a l installer meme avec le cd ,pourtant mon pc la reconnait il commence l instalation mais avant la fin "message d erreur" et il faut que je desinstalle tout.j ai window xp.comment faire ?

As tu essayé de télécharger chez HP ??

Nota: Le cable Usb de l'imprimante doit etre débranché pendant l'installation.... a brancher sur demande du programme ou en fin d'installation des pilotes.....
