Hello,
For the past few days, La Poste has been refusing to send my messages via Thunderbird (without me changing anything in the configuration).
The message is: "An error occurred while sending the mail. The server responded: 5.7.1 Service refused. Service refused. LPN105_510. Please check the message and try again."
Can someone help me resolve the issue?
Thanks in advance

Hello Tango9,
The reason is in the message: Service refused. Service refused.
Poor Thunderbird is not to blame: Whether the message comes from Thunderbird or elsewhere, it's La Poste that is refusing the message.
See this:

What is the outgoing server setting in Thunderbird? -
Thank you for your quick response, but I can't find anything that helps me on the link you provided.
My outgoing server is:
descr.: LaPoste
name: SMTP.laposte.net
Port: 587
user: my email address on laposte
But my default server is Orange. Is that what LaPoste is refusing? Do I need to set LaPoste as the default and switch back to the Orange server (especially if I want to send an image)?
Thank you
