Delete photos from Huawei Cloud without losing them (Huawei P10)

Hello,
I accidentally activated the backup of my photos on Huawei's cloud. Unfortunately, it is already full, and I would like to keep the 5GB offered to back up something else.
Is it possible to delete the photos from the cloud while keeping them on the phone?
All my attempts have been unsuccessful.

    If your photos are on your phone and just synced, then you can delete them from the Huawei cloud. Start by unchecking what you no longer want to sync on your phone.
