Hello,
I have a problem with my HyperX Cloud II headset. When I plug it into my computer running Windows 7, it is recognized and works perfectly. However, when I want to use the volume buttons on the headset's sound card (the box), the 7.1 and mute buttons on it no longer work! I have searched many sites and found nothing, I even contacted HyperX support but nothing works. They even sent me another box and the problem is the same.
I tried it on a friend's computer, and my box works perfectly, so it must be my computer, but I don't know what the issue is.
Just to clarify, the volume buttons for the microphone (not the headset) do work!

Bonjour, désolé de déranger, j'aurais voulu avoir des infos. Alors voilà, j'ai un pote qui a acheté l'HyperX Cloud 2 en wireless, le problème est qu'il n'a pas de son bien que la clé USB soit branchée. Y a-t-il une manipulation à faire pour le lancer la première fois, ou se lance-t-il normalement même lors de la première utilisation ?
