I have a 4K Samsung TV that kept having micro-cuts. You remove the back cover of the TV and, using a fine brush, you remove all the accumulated dust. You can do the same with the Canal+ box. That's it, no more micro-cuts!!

Damn, a power issue? A capacitor that's failing? Check if there are any that are bulging or leaking?

No, this operation disables the chassis buttons because they go haywire; only the remote control will remain operational.

Or the well-known issue of chassis buttons on Samsung, where the channels change by themselves, the volume or even the menu, source, or power buttons go crazy... hence the solution proposed by Ced-osio to which I refer.
