My television regularly turns off for a few seconds before coming back on.
I have ruled out the power cable and the electrical outlet.

I have a 4K Samsung TV that kept having micro-cuts. You remove the back cover of the TV and, using a fine brush, you remove all the accumulated dust. You can do the same with the Canal+ box. That's it, no more micro-cuts!!

  Or the well-known issue of chassis buttons on Samsung, where the channels change by themselves, the volume or even the menu, source, or power buttons go crazy... hence the solution proposed by Ced-osio to which I refer.
