Schedule for 3 employees with 1 weekend off every 3 weekends Solved

Question

Hello,  The question is quite simple but the outcome is not.  I would like to find a solution for a schedule planned for 3 people with a basis of 2 shifts per day (morning and evening), 2 consecutive days off (whenever possible), and 1 weekend per month (alternating if possible). As a bonus, one of the team members has an extra day off per month to take with their weekend (either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).  Thank you for your help, hoping you can help me get out of this puzzle.    Configuration: Android / Chrome 69.0.3497.100

No, we cannot, because Excel does not conceive the organization of work within a structure. It’s up to you to decide your distribution, with a piece of paper, a pencil, and an eraser (and preferably with all the concerned people). Excel will only come later, to check the total hours and to draw up the schedule.
