    Hello, the Fiat Punto has been around for a long time; first-generation models equipped with Bluetooth and USB ports are not compatible for listening to music with iPhones, only the telephony function is supported. Then there was the Blue and Me car radio, and depending on the Blue and Me model, you needed to update the car radio and buy a special adapter for iPhone.
    You do not indicate the year of your car nor the model of the car radio, so it's impossible to tell you more.
    If you have a Jack port (auxiliary input for the car radio) in the car, you need to buy a Jack/Jack cable (Jack on both sides) and use the Lightning/Jack adapter provided with the iPhone 7.
