Printing Issue on Canon IR 2525/2530

Hello,

I have a big problem with my printer. There is a constant message "load paper" even though the trays are full. It can photocopy without any issues (so I conclude that it's not a sensor problem) but I can't print anything.
Can anyone help me please?

    Hello

    Just in case, try
    _ turn off the printer
    _ empty the trays and check that everything is okay
    _ put the paper back and turn on the printer again
