CANON MG5750 printer issue

Hello there!
I've had a printer for about 3 months
and since that day, suddenly all the colors come out "pink orange". I've done the print head cleaning several times, the test page comes out without the blues!
I'm in a panic, so I think there's a "pro" in the forum!

    Is it a brand new printer upon purchase? With branded cartridges? Then, warranty and customer service...
