Hello,
First of all, I don't know if I'm in the right place on the forum and secondly, I want to say that I'm not very good with computers.
BEFORE a storm, I turned off my box, which I hadn't done in a long time. When I turned it back on, everything was normal except that my PC no longer has internet access. The laptops in the house are fine.
The Windows network diagnostic tells me: "Windows has not detected a properly installed network card. If you have a network card, you need to reinstall the drivers."
When I go to Network Properties, it says: Maximum Transmission Unit: 0
Connectivity (IPv4/IPv6): Disconnected
I went to Control Panel - Network and Sharing Center - then Set up a new network connection: and the response is "Windows has detected no network hardware."
I also updated the 8 drivers of the card in the Device Manager.
I'm running Windows 10.
I don't know what to do anymore. If you can help me, I sincerely thank you.

Hello,
You are not precise enough:
Is your PC a laptop or a desktop?
Is your PC connected via WiFi or Ethernet?
Was it plugged into the wall during the storm?
If connected via Ethernet, was the phone line unplugged during the storm?
Go to Device Manager and tell me if any device has an error (yellow triangle), and check and tell me what is in Network Adapters.

Sorry for my lack of clarity
my computer is a desktop connected via Ethernet. My computer wasn't plugged into the mains during the storm because it was connected to a power strip that was turned off, like the box. However, the phone line was not unplugged, but I still have access to the phone and the connection for the laptops works without any issues;
In the device manager, there is no yellow triangle.
In network adapters:
Wan Miniport (IKEv2)
Wan Miniport (IP)
Wan Miniport (IPv6)
Wan Miniport (Network Monitor)
Wan Miniport (PPPOE)
Wan Miniport (PPTP)
Wan Miniport (SSTP)
Have a good day.
