My controller is stuck on lights 3 and 4.

Hello,

Configuration: Android / SamsungBrowser 6.4 my controller is stuck on lights 3 and 4, then it doesn't connect, it doesn't charge, I can't synchronize it.

    Hello,

    You just need to hold the Playstation button and then you have the settings for your controller, you select it as Controller number 1 [hence the first LED that lights up.]

      It doesn't work when both LEDs are on, it stays stuck like that and I can't do anything, the Play isn't even connected otherwise I would see a signal.

    Keep your controller out of reach of the PS3 and wait for it to discharge. It worked for me.
