When I see a website that has a -fr in its address, I tend to pay close attention to it.
Many people think they're going to a French site, but they haven't noticed that it's -fr.com.

I ordered from this site and after doing some research, I came across this post. I sweated a little.

However, my package arrived 8 days later. To this day, it works normally.

I'm not a tuning fanatic and I only use the GPS (the DVD is barely useful to me), the product does its job.

A scam. No guarantee of a return according to the conditions on their site.
Quick response from a customer service employee saying they will escalate the issue to their superiors, and of course no news. Follow-ups every 3 days requesting an immediate refund and the same response from the employee, and this has been going on for months. So, no guarantee.

Hmm, I requested a chargeback with my Pass card (Mastercard) from Carrefour Bank. They didn't even bother to respond to my registered letter!

My opinion on the site autoradio-fr.com
My little story so that people don't get fooled, this site does everything to look "French" but in fact everything is shipped from China by DHL and even the phone number on the site is fake "Number not assigned" ... I'll let you be the judge of its reliability knowing that there's a 2-year warranty!! Poor customer service, unable to provide the PIN code for the car radio to access the Factory Setting to synchronize the steering wheel controls because the car radio is supplied without a manual!!!
The cherry on top is that the same car radio can be found everywhere for 50% less.... I did say 50%!!
My only advice is to forget this site.

Like many people, I ordered from the Autoradio-fr website before reading the reviews and like many, I got screwed over. I did receive a car radio, but not the one shown in the photo on their site in the chosen category, no steering wheel controls, and worse, the connections don’t match my vehicle. That's because it's Chinese equipment, so it's very difficult to find the right interface with the correct protocol to make it work.
For your information, their phone never answers and after 26 emails, they are just messing me around, so I'm giving up.
Today, I'm stuck with the car radio. I hope to find the connections on eBay or maybe I should have ordered everything.

but having wanted to buy a car radio with GPS and all the bells and whistles once, the problem was that no one takes responsibility for the installation.
And above all! no one takes responsibility for the vehicle warranty in case of problems later on, such as for example the rear camera not working anymore, or malfunctions of various sensors, even less in the event of a short circuit and/or fire...
So be careful, not particularly about the purchase itself but for what comes after
go to Feu Vert, or another specialized shop, it will be safer.

Do not buy from them at all.
The car radio received does not match the photo of the one purchased.
I saw the car radio received at half price on other sites.
They never answer the phone and don't reply to emails either when they don't like it.
Before placing the order, they respond, but after that, no one...

The received item does not match the order. Despite multiple reminders, they are unable (or more likely don't care) to find an amicable solution for what should be a simple action. Sending a return slip for the non-compliant item received, reshipping the correct item, or, according to their T&Cs, simply issuing a refund.
They are crooks, unreachable, and no corporate identity (address, SIRET, ...) is available for them.
The positive comments are probably fakes posted by the same people.
As far as I'm concerned, a complaint has been lodged with the local jurisdiction and with the DGCCRF.

I'm in the same situation as you, they don't answer the phone or emails... I don't know what to do to get a refund... my car radio doesn't even work when I plug it in... you can see that there are rusty defects on the product. Have you been able to get a refund with your efforts?

Same observation on my part. I received a Bluetooth rearview camera as a "gift," but it doesn't work with the car radio, which is far from matching the description on their website (no RDS, no station name display, etc.). I also requested a refund, but of course, no response. Stay away from this website.

Site to avoid.... claims to be a French product but comes from HONG KONG!!

Purchased a car radio for my Countryman.....nothing works properly:

- radio reception through the roof antenna doesn't work
- GPS function: has a lot of trouble connecting to satellites, if not completely fails...so unusable
- the kicker is the Bluetooth in phone mode: works well when the engine is off but as soon as you drive, the sound is disturbed by outside noise making it unusable since your caller can't hear you and you can't hear them.....

Lastly, nonexistent customer service, fake phone number, and no way to get a response

Good evening, as for me, I have a car radio that I bought from Go auto-radio too. I've been having problems with the bluetooth; in fact, in phone mode, the sound is very poor and I can't hear the person on the other end in the vehicle. Go auto-radio has been contacted several times with no response from them. I also strongly advise against this incompetent site. I would like to know if you have found a solution on your side to resolve the sound issue on the car radio... I would appreciate it if you could keep me informed.

Warning, if problems; inability to exchange or get a refund. There is no manual included with the shipment (as stated when ordering). I have complained, but I have never received a response. They are scammers!!!

Definitely do not buy anything from this site. I just bought a car radio + GPS, it doesn't work. I'm asking for explanations... it needs an update... I request a return label for a refund, no response despite all the follow-ups.

A site with -fr.com is not in France...
Avoid it and especially don't buy anything from them.
Try to get a refund through the bank = chargeback.
