Hello,

since yesterday when I had a power outage, my printer is not responding anymore. It works via Wi-Fi
The Wi-Fi connection is fine (steady blue button lit) and I have set it up again multiple times
I have uninstalled and reinstalled it without success.
I am connected to a Livebox and the printer is showing up in the unused devices for now.
In the settings, as soon as I try to print, it crashes and shows a !
when I run a problem search, it finds nothing
printing also doesn't work from my tablet or phone (same error message)
I am on Windows 7 with antivirus and Online Armor
can anyone help me? Thank you

Hello,

Are you able to print a test page? (either from the computer or by running the nozzle check pattern from the printer's control panel)

Try connecting via USB cable (I don't think it's necessary to redo the setup)

No, the test page does not print. I don't have a USB cable. It has always worked over Wi-Fi.

That you cannot print the test page from the computer is normal, since there is clearly no communication.
If you cannot print the nozzle check page from the printer control panel, that is much more concerning.

Printers do not appreciate a sudden shutdown without going through the power button. There is a warning message upon restarting. But normally, that has no consequences.

You can try resetting the printer from the tools menu on the control panel. I think it only resets the connections.

From page 147 of the manual

You can also try downloading the firmware (if the printer communicates with the box)

I don't have many suggestions to offer you, as I have never encountered such problems.
