Printer no longer copies

Hello, I have an HP printer, so I bought HP cartridges.
It no longer wants to make copies, neither in color nor in black and white..

I'm very bothered..

I checked that the cartridges are properly installed.. can you help me, it's quite urgent for my copies...

    Does it not print (like a printer) or does it no longer make copies (scanner-printer connection)?

      I rarely use it.
      I often make copies.
      And when I make a copy, it gives me a blank page when I select black and white. And when I choose color copy, it gives me a blank page with just a blue square (blue as if there is a very light blue ink that is almost empty).

      Is the issue since the cartridge change?

      Are the cartridges not swapped?


      Otherwise, have you done both tests:

      - printing a sentence with letters of different colors

      - performing a scan without copies to ensure there are no anomalies.

        I'm going to try printing and scanning, I don't even know how to do it lol I never do it.
