Hello,
I just bought a Philips satellite decoder, and it came with a Fransat card that is usable for life. So far, no problem. I scan for channels, all French channels are detected, but when I try to access them, the decoder displays "no rights." However, when we tune in to foreign channels (particularly German ones), we receive those just fine. I've already checked the satellite; I'm on Eutelsat 5 West as Fransat requires, but I still can't access the channels. Other TVs in the house work without any issues, and we can receive the French channels. If anyone can help me, or if they’ve had this problem before or not.
