I lost my PIN code, what should I do to change it? Thank you.

Excerpt from the Metronic manual for model TERBOX 441661 HD page 1 
If you have forgotten your PIN code, we invite you to use the following unlock code: 4000.
Once your PIN code or the decoder's default PIN code is entered, all data will be erased, and your decoder will be reset to factory settings.
Check if this works for your model as well.
