Hello,
Does anyone know if there is a way other than waiting for a response from Fransat to fix a rights issue?
I have reset my Aston Maya several times, correctly inserted the card, waited a few days on TF1. And no luck.
The rights consultation shows that they do exist
from 10/1/2017 to 10/3/2018: 250
including 2 other expired lines outside the dates.
The card number PC5 is OK, no need to request another one.
Maya upgrade is not necessary.
Thank you in advance,
Best regards
Clem

Hello,
And thank you Matousurnet
Problem solved, without really knowing how, as it was my children who found the solution during a channel surfing session.
If this can be useful to anyone facing this issue, here is the message from Fransat received a few hours later:
We thank you for your email.
We would like to inform you that the FRANSAT smart card is automatically activated upon receiving the signal from the EUTELSAT 5WA satellite at 5° West A.
If the message "you do not have rights to audio and video" or "you do not have access to this program" appears on the following channels: TF1 HD, FR3 HD, M6 HD...etc., we advise you to check the rights by following the steps in the technical sheet attached.
If no date is displayed during the rights consultation or if previous rights appear, simply leave your decoder powered on for 40 minutes to a maximum of 3 hours on W9 to allow the refresh of your access rights to the channels on your FRANSAT card.
If your access rights are valid until 2018, it means that the security data has not been loaded onto your FRANSAT card, and you will need to perform the following steps:
Start by selecting channel 999; a test image should appear on your screen. Leave your decoder on this channel (1 to 2 hours) and then remove and reinsert the smart card while remaining on the same channel.
- If the test image disappears and a black screen appears, channel surf on the TNT channels. This should allow you access to the entire TNT bouquet.
- If the test image is still visible, keep the decoder on this same channel (999) for one day, then turn the decoder off and on again. If the test image remains visible on this same channel, you will need to change the card, as it blocks certain security data necessary for decrypting FRANSAT channels.
For more information, we invite you to contact our FRANSAT customer service representatives:
- By calling "32 60" and then saying FRANSAT from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 9 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 8 pm (0.15€/min + call price),
- Or get a free callback by clicking on "get a callback" from your FRANSAT user account.
And thank you Matousurnet

We stayed on W9 for about 40 minutes and everything is perfect.
