Fransat PC6 card no rights
Hello,
I live in Italy near Rome, in 2016 I bought a Méosat HD Connect decoder with a FranSat Pc6 card included.
Unfortunately, I was not able to update the card for the year 2019/2020, so I no longer receive the Fransat bouquet! The last update is dated 03/02/2018 - 03/02/2019: 250.
I contacted FranSat support to resolve my issue, and I was confirmed that my card is still valid. To proceed with the update, all I needed to do was set the decoder to channel TF1 and wait 40 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours.
But despite everything, I still do not receive the channels. Even leaving it overnight, there is still no update!!
So... what should I do? Should I buy a new card? Since I do not live in France, this is not simple and I do not see an email address on the FranSat website to resolve my case. So I hope you can help me!

Hello,
If your Meosat is connected, it’s normal that you cannot update your card (the decoder detects that you are not in France and therefore has no rights)
In this case, disconnect your device and unplug it from the power supply, remove the card, wait until the next day, plug it back into the power supply (and definitely not the internet connection), reinsert the card, and leave it on TF1
this should solve the problem...
