New card not working

Hello, I have received the new card for the price of 15 euros, but the chip does not look like the old one, it's much smaller and square
and it doesn't work, I don't have a channel, the screen says no access to this program
What should I do?

Let's start over, do you have a "Fransat" or TNT SAT decoder? It's written on it
And you're on the forum, but you must have posted in a different section and friend marcmarais redirected it here, to the video/TV > satellite section
If your decoder is Fransat, it is completely logical that a TNT SAT card doesn't work, they are two totally different and incompatible things.

If your Fransat card is from the PC5 – PC 6 generation (mentioned above the card's serial number), it is either a software version update issue for the card or a problem with your Fransat card for satellite reception on Atlantic-bird.

To proceed with the update:

A.- Tune to channel 999, Fransat Customer Service, you should see the test screen.
Stay on Fransat Customer Service channel for 1 to 3 hours or until the test screen disappears.
Return to a Fransat channel.
If you still cannot access the channels, remove the card, turn off the receiver before restarting it, and reinsert the card to complete the update.

B.- If the test screen is still visible, leave the decoder on "usually 999" for 1 day, then turn off and turn it back on.

C.- For Aston decoders, if it still doesn't work, please reformat your decoder quickly by pressing menu 9872.

The decoder will reset, follow the on-screen instructions, and then repeat part B.-

Please indicate the make and model of your decoder if it still doesn't work.
