Damaged print head

Hello,
I have an HP Deskjet 3520 multifunction printer that was working fine until this morning when, upon startup, it displays "Printhead problem - Damaged head - Contact HP support."
I want to specify that the printer has not been subject to any shock. It worked perfectly well the day before.
