Issue with a Gigaset AS405 handset

Hello
A handset no longer displays anything, except when I press and hold the red end-call button, when "BASE" briefly appears flashing, then nothing. I have already placed the handset back on the base with no effect. I have also removed the batteries, still with no effect.
Do you have a solution please? Thank you.
NB: The other 2 handsets are working perfectly.

    I used perfectly charged batteries, the handset reset correctly. However, the display shows that the battery is empty with a stripe on the left. I'm concerned that the handset may not be able to charge itself. I'm waiting a few hours on the base to confirm my doubts.

      Try to cross two combos... one of the chargers is not powered. Check the electrical outlet.
