Hello,
I had a Siemens phone that worked very well with my Livebox 2, but it has a loose connection, so I decided to replace it with the same second-hand model that is almost new. However, it shows "base" and all the manipulations I've performed over the last 24 hours haven't changed anything. So I'm thinking that while I wait to find the "solution," I'll put my old phone back, and now... it doesn't want to do anything either, it also shows "base," no dial tone, etc. What can I do? I feel like I've tried everything, does anyone have an idea? Thanks ;)

Hello and thank you for the response popozz and ... I solved the problem, after 10 hours of searching, forums, Orange support, going through manuals, etc., I woke up at 4 am very angry and somehow I found what no support could provide "thanks Orange for the almost nonexistent help .. anyway" I had to press the button on the live box that manages the wifi antenna and it’s only while one of the 2 lights is flashing (on the antenna) that you need to register the handset by going through menu -> settings -> handset -> register the handset, ok ..... there you go :) so happy!!! Have a good day
