Hello,
I just received a new Gigaset AS405 phone. Everything is fine... except for the sound. Everything is set up correctly (I had the same one before). The ringtone sound is fine, but I can't hear my caller. I did a factory reset. Nothing. I reinstalled. Nothing.
Any ideas, anyone?

Oh thank you very much. It’s woorking! The phone was already in the box for the return.
Now I just need to fix the answering machine problem: I don’t have an icon on the screen. I can’t reduce the number of ringing calls (it’s very long) and I don’t know how to listen to the messages. When I click on the menu/answering machine, I only find Mess.ext. (no option to listen to the messages or greeting message). Thank you.
