Hello,
My Orange TV box turns off after 3 minutes every day for the past week (I thought it was overheating, so I put a fan in front of it and miracle, it worked.) It glitches again 30 seconds later. I redo the process and it works, except yesterday. I had to reset it 4 times to get the picture and the Orange TV banner.... I started an e-chat to see what could be done... I started at 7 PM with the waiting and at 9 PM the service was cut off. They messed around with it remotely. We were at the installation test. Everything has been frozen since. I wonder if taking the card out of the box would change anything. I should mention I'm not skilled at this and technical terms are foreign to me. I really want to keep my internet connection, especially for the weekend. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me..

    Hello,

    You can try first to turn off your TV decoder and then your box, and restart the box first. Once it's operational, turn on your TV decoder.

    Which operator are you with?
    The card located in your box can be removed; I advise you to clean the card with a microfiber cloth. If you don't have one, a paper towel should do the trick.

    Once you've done that, please get back to us to see if the problem persists.

      My Orange TV box at the top of the initial message leaves no doubt about the name of the provider...
