Orange audio headset and box Solved

I just switched my ISP from SFR to Orange, but there's a problem:
On the SFR box, there were red and white sockets. On the Orange box, there’s nothing.
Question: how do I connect the wires from my audio block to ............?

The TV decoder has a digital audio output coaxial SPDIF (marker 4 on the image next to it)
However, the headset only has analog inputs jack 3.5mm or RCA (red and white RCA sockets)
It is therefore necessary to use a coaxial SPDIF to RCA or jack digital converter

This kind of converter is powered via USB either by the decoder or by the television if it has one.
