Hello,
You need to go to the support section of the manufacturer's website for your TV; there should normally be a download section. If that's not the case, contact them. Be aware that some manufacturers, especially distributor brands, do not develop any firmware updates. SABA is the distributor brand of Conforama, so you need to contact them.
