Hello, my TV won't turn off even though the green LED is on (TV model: Sony Bravia).

Hello,
Try unplugging everything: HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and then plug them back in.
If that doesn’t work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.

I can't access the menu (basically, only the green LED lights up and the screen is black).
