Google Drive very SLOW transfer

Hello,
I am currently in the process of transferring all the data from our Google Drive to OneDrive for my company.
The total is 850GB and consists of folders and subfolders with all kinds of files (essentially the company archives for the past 10 years).
I haven't found a quick solution to make this transfer, so I resorted to the old-fashioned method of "downloading to PC" and then "uploading to OneDrive".
Before the question of my internet connection arises, I want to clarify that I have Bouygues fiber, and my download and upload speeds are normally more than sufficient.
I can post a speed test if you still think it might be the issue.
So my question is as follows: why is downloading data from Google Drive (using DriveFileStream on PC) so SLOW?
I am getting 70kb/s on downloads and maxing out at 3MB/s.
I haven't dared to do the math, but for all my folders, I think I'll be at it for a while.
Do you know how I can fix this issue? Or find a more appropriate solution for transferring cloud data?
