Message loading issue

Hello everyone,
For two days now, I've been trying to solve a problem with my Thunderbird email.

My messages are stored on a server, and since I usually organize but keep all my messages, I was reaching the limits of my allocated space. So I wanted to archive some of my emails to my hard drive by transferring them to folders I placed in Local Folders/Archives.
I don’t know if the problem comes from there, but since then I haven't been able to get my email back to normal in Thunderbird.

When I check the webmail (via Firefox, for example), no problem, the messages on the server are there and accessible.
However, when I open Thunderbird, it keeps running continuously with several bugs (but not just those...) :
- When I click on the most recent email in Incoming Mail, a new one immediately appears above it, with a header, subject, and message body empty.
- In the activity bar at the bottom of the window, it displays "loading message header 1 of " and the number of messages in my inbox, but it always stays on 1

I uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird on my machine, but it hasn't changed anything. I wonder if there's a conflict in the storage and copying folders for messages, but since I don’t know where to look to find the bug...

I use my mailbox a lot, and I really need to find a solution quickly. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me clarify this.
And I apologize if this topic has already been addressed many times; I’ve looked at several proposed solutions without finding what I needed in my case.
