Hello,
Could someone tell me how to convert .mov files to .jpg?
Indeed, I don't know how I managed it, but the last photos I took with an iPhone 7 are all in .mov and it’s very difficult to read them on my Asus notebook.
I must say that while I’m quite an ordinary PC user, I’m even more of a novice when it comes to photos; I do my best with souvenir pictures. So if someone could help me make progress, that would be really nice.

Hello,
You may have unknowingly taken Live Photos (animated photos), in which case you should be able to choose the main photo from these "mini-movies," and this is usually done directly on the iPhone:

My sincere apologies, I was looking for a solution to a driver issue and I came across this post I made a few years ago.
