Convert .mov file to .jpg

Hello, is there software available that can convert a .mov file to .JPG? Is it possible to obtain one? Thank you in advance for your response.

Hello, I have quite a few MOV files that I want to encode to MPEG. I took the software RAD Video Tools, but it doesn't perform the operation; you can only choose the MOV file to convert and that's it, or is there some configuration I need to execute that I haven't done?? Please enlighten me a bit, I'm cracking up, I have over 80 MOV files. Thanks to everyone for your contributions and for sharing your knowledge with those who understand very little about computer tools;
