Essential B Platinum 2 TNT Receiver Update

Hello,

I have an essential B platinium 2 TNT receiver, which is connected to a terrestrial antenna without a box. Since the frequency change in May 2018, my receiver is interfering with a significant number of channels. I have tried to input the channels manually. The receiver recognizes the channels but does not save them. It keeps the old channels. I am looking for an update but I don't know where I can find it on the Internet. I inserted a USB key into the receiver hoping that an update would trigger, but when? Best regards.

    Hello,

    Try unplugging everything: HDMI cables, antenna, and power cord, wait five minutes, and then plug them back in.
    If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" (see menu), but you will have to go through the entire setup and settings again.

      I have already tried to restore the default settings without success. I do not have factory settings or a "reset". I tried to unplug everything and wait 5 minutes but it doesn't work. A mystery, channel 45 - 28-39 has a bandwidth of 800mhz. I believe it has changed. I cannot modify this number. I forgot to mention that this device is used for a recorder. My TV is recent, I have HD integrated and I have no issues. The channels are correct. I even tried plugging in just one wire into the wall but with no result. I plug both devices into a single outlet. However, the antenna is overloaded, the power supply for the antenna is turned off for the recorder. So I assume I cannot have an update.

      Yet in the installation menu you have: Manual search, Automatic search, Information, and Factory settings?
      You just need to confirm...(the default PIN is "0000", unless you have changed it of course)

      Hello, I think the receiver is no longer powerful enough since the frequency change, these devices are not expensive. HD TVs receive channels better. Does my essential have updates? It's a mystery. The PIN code works, I wouldn't have been able to access the settings otherwise. According to Boulanger, it's not certain I will find a more powerful one. Thank you - Best regards.
