TNT SAT Essential b Issue

Good evening,
I hope you can guide me on how to get the TNT back.
The indicator on the TNT decoder is flashing. Our decoder or receiver is an Essentiel B.
We have had it for just over 4 years now.

    Good evening and welcome,

    Try unplugging everything: HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and then plug them back in.
    If that doesn't work and you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" or "factory reset" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
