Thomson tht504+ decoder issue

Hello, here is my problem.
So I have a Thomson THT504+ decoder, when I plug it in to use it, it shows "on" for a while and then it displays a sort of code, and from that moment on I can't watch television and it's impossible to use the remote control to turn it off, the only way is to unplug it. Can someone help me?

    Hello,
    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes, and then plug them back in.
    If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

      Hello, I did what you told me but it doesn't work, I don't have access to the menu because nothing is displayed on my television, the code that appears on the decoder is an inverted A, a 5 or an S, and an h at the end.
