Light red color under the text

Hello,

I am currently working on a CV in Illustrator. I borrowed a free template from Freepik.
When I open this template, a message appears saying that Illustrator does not support the color layout. As a result, when I add text, a light red color appears underneath it and it's impossible to remove it. I've tried messing around with the colors, but nothing works.

What can be done?

    I have a doubt... if, when you type a text and it "highlights" with a pink color, I think it's because the font you are using is not available on your computer.

    Type your text, select it with the "text" cursor and change the font...
