My MSI laptop freezes at startup.

Hello, since this morning when I turn on my MSI laptop (the GE62 2QC Apache), it gets stuck immediately at the "MSI" logo.
Therefore, it is impossible to do anything as no keys are responding.

I have already checked for solutions on the internet, but none seem to match my problem.

If anyone has a solution, I would be thrilled.

(I have Windows 10 and just yesterday the laptop was working perfectly.)

    Hello,

    Can you access your computer's BIOS? Just press the "Delete" key several times.

    If that doesn't work, try removing the HDD or SSD (if it's not soldered) and attempt to access the BIOS.

    You can also try testing the RAM sticks: you need to test them one by one and start the computer each time.

      The HDD is the hard drive (Hard Drive Disk). The SSD is a solid state drive (Solid State Drive).
      There are panels under the computer. You need to unscrew these panels, but if everything is soldered, you cannot test...
