How to uninstall Advanced System Care?

Hello, I am contacting you to resolve a problem. A bit ignorant until these last few days, I was relying on Iobit software. Upon studying the subject more closely, I realized that they are not as beneficial as they seem.
Having previously cleaned my computer using adwcleaner, malwarebytes... I notice that the software "Advanced System Care" continues to appear on my desktop. It is also not among the uninstallable software.

So, I am contacting you both to eliminate this problem. And on another note, the reason I started these démarches is that the physical usage of my disk remains at 100% all the time, causing slowdowns in the various tasks I could perform (video games, research...).

You should be able to uninstall Avast Secure Browser
Not much use.

Here is the fix to be performed with FRST. You can use this explanatory note with screenshots.
Restart FRST and then on your keyboard press CTRL + Y.
The notepad will open, copy/paste this.

It has been successfully removed, thank you again. I notice that "the use of physical spaces" is now close to 0% except when I launch certain games or other computer processes, this value hovers around 70-100% and then drops back down. Is this the normal operation of the computer? Should I create a new topic for this last question?

You should be able to uninstall CCleaner,

: CCleaner is not really useful, even though it is recommended everywhere.
If you want to keep it, disable CCleaner monitoring, which is unnecessary, it starts up with Windows and slows it down with its incessant cleanings, see: https://www.malekal.com/supprimer-ccleaner-demarrage-windows/

You can perform the FRST correction, which will remove the leftovers.

Hello, I am at a loss, my ex (a narc) installed it on my PC, and given the extent of the problem, how can I uninstall it, please??? He has done EVERYTHING to me, beatings, thefts, and now my PC,
