Hello everyone
I noticed that, hence the title of this post, Avast and CCleaner monitor each other, which plays a major role in making my PC very slow.
I tried to block the installation paths in both programs, but as stubborn as they are, it doesn't seem to do much.
Is there anything that can be done to prevent this?

Hello,
First of all, Avast Free is an antivirus, and CCleaner is a cleaning software, which have nothing to do with each other. Stop using CCleaner all the time; there's no need to use it constantly, it should be reserved for specific cases and handled by competent individuals because it’s not without risks.
Uninstall Avast and CCleaner; CCleaner has very limited usefulness, Avast includes totally useless optimization software that installs if you don’t choose "customization" during installation, and afterwards Avast tries to sell them to you. So, uninstall it using this utility, and instead install Kaspersky Free, which is very effective and won’t impose unnecessary software upon installation. See this tutorial.
