Hello, I have a problem, my mother-in-law has a Wellington TV (model ??) and she no longer has a remote control because the TV receiver is not working. She changes her channels manually on the right side of the TV. Since this morning, she has lost all her channels because there are changes with the DTT (digital terrestrial television). I am not close to her, and I would like to explain to her how to fix this problem, if possible. Can someone help me?

    Hello,

    I believe that on these televisions, you can't do anything without the remote control except adjust the volume and change the channel.
    Which is even more difficult when you don't know the model... support also has its limits...
    Otherwise, the crystal ball.
