Sharp TV power on issue after update

Hello,
I have a Sharp Smart TV Aquos Net+ LC-43CFE6131E 109 cm purchased from Cdiscount in June 2016.
Two days ago, a message appeared on the screen indicating that an update was available.
I contacted Sharp, who provided me with the procedure, so I carried out the update as they instructed. Since then, the power/standby LED has been blinking red and white, and I can't do anything.
I unplugged and replugged it, and it still blinks.
I tried to restart (USB stick plugged in) an update, but the screen remains black; however, the LED stays red.
The remote control is unresponsive, and I can't turn on the screen.
I'm at a dead end...
And Sharp won't send a technician because they only dispatch for screens larger than mine...
They just tell me to redo an update, but since I can't turn on the screen...
