Hello!
Can someone please help me solve this problem? This message keeps appearing every time I start my PC or try to open some applications like Acrobat Reader DC. It also prevents me from downloading.
Thank you.

    Hello

Press Windows+R and type "mdsched.exe" without the quotes. This will open the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool. If there are no errors, then it is not a RAM issue.

And type "chkdsk c: /F /R" without the quotes in the Windows command prompt to check the condition of your hard drives.

You seem to be an expert on this subject, so I’m asking you the question... I have an old laptop dating from 2015, and when I open it, an error message appears. When I press <<ok>>, the screen goes black for a few seconds, then the message reappears.
