Blocked account/access denied to Messenger

Hello,

I recently created a new Facebook account, thinking that the old one was too filled with photos/pages I no longer wanted to see. Anyway, it’s been a few weeks since I've been on it, and suddenly, without warning, it got blocked.
Facebook is asking me to send a photo to verify that the account really belongs to me.
The problem is that I need this Facebook account, both professionally and personally, as soon as possible.
Do you know how I could recover it quickly? (especially since it really is my account!!)

Secondly, I went back to my old account to do what I need to do. I can access it on my computer and the app on my smartphone, however, I can't log in with that old account on Messenger, and the following error message appears: "error validating access token the user is enrolled in a blocking logged-in checkpoint."
Do you know what I could do to connect to Messenger? I've already cleared the cache.

Thank you in advance,
Lluviary.

Try deleting Messenger and downloading it again. It should work for logging into your first account on the phone.

For the first question, it takes about a week. But it's random.
