Hello,
Description of the error: The printer displays the error "Check the scanner. Contact customer service," and we cannot access any functionality on the printer. Attached you will find some photos regarding the problem.

Hello,
From what I understood in the error manual, it could either be a problem with the laser function or the RAM memory related to the image capture function. Numerous components need to be checked to determine the actual source of the failure. (A simple disconnected ribbon to a burnt relay board)
Maintenance service is required for this failure.
