hello everyone
I come here to share with you some issues regarding the installation of the Canon i-SENSYS LBP3010 printer. I'm using a Dell OptiPlex desktop and I wanted to install my Canon i-SENSYS LBP3010 printer. During the installation, a window shows me a message that says, "unable to recognize the USB connection, please check if the printer is turned on." I turned off the printer and restarted it, but the problem still persists.
Please kindly help me succeed in the installation.

    Hello,
Have you installed the driver for this printer?
What operating system is on the PC?
Which version, 32 or 64 bits?
    Best regards.

I couldn't install the driver during the installation; it asks me to connect the printer cable before continuing.
My desktop is running Windows 32 bit.

This is the normal course of the procedure, you must first install the driver and then during this phase you are asked to connect the cable to the printer in order to continue the installation.
        And it's not working?
        Best regards.
