MSI GP62 PC stuck on startup screen, HELP

Question

Hello,
Since yesterday my MSI laptop (GP62 2QE Leopard Pro) is stuck on the logo at startup.
I have tried some techniques I found on other forums but nothing happens... instead of just the logo, it now says "Preparing automatic repair".

If someone could give me some advice... (I should mention that this happened overnight, I haven't changed my usage)

Hello,
are you able to access the advanced functions by holding down the F8 key during startup, or do you need to keep holding F8 and start while still holding down F8? (you should see the Windows logo with "please wait" at the bottom; it may take some time to load)

Hello, thank you for your response. I managed to unlock it using this technique:

Unplug the computer, press the power button several times, plug it back into the battery, turn it on, and press F3 multiple times.

A window opened with different options; I simply navigated through the menus and found a restart function. I clicked on it, and they told me that the computer had failed to launch properly, and it restarted as if nothing had happened.

Since then, no more problems!

Relieved.
