I can no longer connect to my email: hotmail.fr which has become outlook.com for a few days on my computer, which sends me this error message:

However, I can connect using my smartphone or another computer

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 65.0.3325.181

Hello

It has been years since Outlook bought Hotmail... but just because you go through Outlook doesn't mean your @hotmail.com or @hotmail.fr address no longer exists... you can still log in.

What browser do you use?

Ok, I just made a change by switching browsers (using Internet Explorer instead of Chrome) and I found my inbox back, without understanding what happened.

I discover ccm: I am surprised to have received a relevant and quick response, as well as a sort of follow-up, which I jokingly referred to as "after-sales service."
